As the Chef for All Day Brunch, you will be responsible for curating and executing a delectable menu that caters to patrons seeking a memorable dining experience throughout the day. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Crafting innovative and mouthwatering dishes for breakfast, lunch, high tea, and pastries.
- Ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and specials.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on brunch or all-day dining.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Creative flair and the ability to develop unique and enticing menu offerings.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
