We now are looking for a senior Financial Planning & Analysis Officer. In this role you report directly to the Director Financial Planning & Analysis and you work closely with the Vebego companies in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland.

**Purpose of the Position**:
The Financial Planning & Analysis / Controlling Officer will join newly formed FP&A team and help us transform financial and non-financial data into insights to support decisions and drive business performance. This role involves providing thorough analysis and visualization of complex objectives.

**Policy Translation**:Develop and implement policies based on relevant developments.

**Forecasting & Budgeting**:Improve and oversee forecasting and budgeting processes.

**Analysis **:Develop methodologies for long-term value creation, analyze data, and create financial models.

**Advisory**:Provide proactive advice on cash flow and business impacts.

**Projects**:Lead and participate in projects focusing on data flow and process optimization.

**This is what you bring**
- You have 6+ years or more years progressive international relevant experience, higher professional education/ master's degree in accounting or finance.
- You are a critical thinker with strong analytical, research and reporting abilities.
- You have curiosity and attention to details, still capable to see the “big picture” and drive big changes in small steps.
- You have experience with project-based work and M&A processes.
- You are a connector who is able, by relationship, to challenge your stakeholders and engage in a discussion at a high level.
- You feel comfortable dealing with new systems, processes and people.
- You have self-starting skills and can work independently. You speak fluently English and Dutch or German, you have advanced Excel skills.
