ConnectBike is opgericht met als doel onze leefomgeving te verbeteren. Dat houdt in: minder scooters en auto’s en juist meer fietsen. Met de inzet van elektrische fietsen willen wij bijdragen aan schonere en filevrije steden voor de toekomst. Dit doen wij door te streven naar de maximale inzet van duurzame mobiliteit. Voor het refurbishen van fietsen die terugkomen uit de lease zijn wij opzoek naar een Warehouse Bike Technician.

Wij zijn een scale-up, actief in het leveren van de Giant E-(Cargo)bike, de hierbij behorende service, onderhoud en financiering. De ambitie is om de beste en meest relevante leverancier van bezorg E-(Cargo)bikes in West-Europa te worden. ConnectBike onderscheidt zich van de concurrentie door te focussen op kwalitatief hoogstaande service en onderhoud. Inmiddels is ConnectBike al actief in Nederland, België, Engeland en Zwitserland. Uitbreiding naar meerdere Europese landen zal op korte termijn volgen. Naast internationale klanten, zoals Takeaway en Domino’s, worden ook nationale food ketens, zoals de Beren en Taco Mundo, bediend. Ook ontwikkelt ConnectBike fietsconcepten om de mobiliteitsvraagstukken in andere marktsegmenten op te lossen. Aanvullend op het vervoeren van voedingsproducten, is het vervoeren van andere producten en personen onderdeel van het businessplan. Daarnaast zal ConnectBike op korte termijn de Retail markt toetreden.

Lees dan snel verder Wij zijn namelijk opzoek naar een **Warehouse Bike Technician**. **Je werkt in deze functie nauw samen met de Service & Operations Manager die jou aanstuurt en bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele ‘Refurbishment’ proces binnen ConnectBike.

**Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit**:

- Coördineren: Je hebt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over alle refurbishment werkzaamheden binnen ons Warehouse. Denk hierbij aan het bewaken, controleren en optimaliseren van het proces van inkomende, te verwerken en uitgaande fietsen. Het opstellen van de dagelijkse, wekelijkse planningen en het maken van werkverdelingen op basis van orders en toekomstige (uit)leveringen. Daarnaast ben je uiteraard ook verantwoordelijk voor de orde, netheid en veiligheid binnen en rondom het warehouse.
- Procesoptimalisatie: met jouw kennis en ervaring draag je bij aan het verbeteren en optimaliseren van procedures en systemen en zorg je voor een optimale afstemming tussen vraag en aanbod.
- Refurbishment: met jouw technisch inzicht en kennis van fietsen ben je in staat om eigenhandig fietsen op te knappen zodat ze zo goed als nieuw weer kunnen worden ingezet voor een tweede leven.
- Administreren & Rapportages: te denken valt hier aan het opstellen van voorraad overzichten, demand & supply planning, logistieke & financiële rapportages, openstaande en lopende bestellingen bij de diverse leveranciers.
- Problemen kunnen oplossen: én anders (out of the box) kunnen denken. Je houdt ervan om veel taken tegelijk te doen en juist bij drukte weet jij je hoofd koel te houden. Doordat je secuur bent, kunnen je collega’s alle informatie snel terug vinden.

**Wat breng jij mee?**
- MBO+ / HBO denkniveau (verkregen middels opleidingen en/of werkervaringen), gevoel voor service.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen de techniek, liefst opgedaan binnen de fietsindustrie.
- Kennis van of affiniteit met logistiek & warehouse management.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch talent.
- Resultaatgericht, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig.
- Zelfstandig en ondernemend.
- Goede kennis en ervaring met Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Words, etc.).
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Je woont in, of in de omgeving van Amsterdam.
