Assist the Dutch Finance Director to perform daily accounting and bookkeeping to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial data; assist in processing tax declarations and avoid tax risks; assist the CFO in financial management of subsidiaries and provide professional support to promote collaboration and integration within the group to improve overall work efficiency; assist the CFO and Finance Director to carry out compliance work for Dutch companies and subsidiaries to meet the compliance requirements of listed companies in China and overseas subsidiaries at local; assist in handling personnel and administrative work to ensure the healthy operation of the office.
- Daily Bookeeping work on general entries and management of AR and AP.
- Daily Bookeeping work on Bank journal entries.
- Regularly check accounting entries of different standards to ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data.
- Maintain the accounting records with compliance of laws and regulations.
- Accurate and timely entry of daily payments to ensure timely payment of purchase invoices and expenses.
- Bank statement storage and management, monthly reconciliation and bookeeping.
- Financial management and support of subsidiaries: assist in financial analysis of subsidiaries; assist in the management of subsidiary budgets, management reports, and financial status; assist in improving subsidiary financial processes; provide professional support to subsidiaries.
- Assist to organize and coordinate the board and shareholder meeing, minutes drafting and related documents maintenaince.
- Administration works of the Dutch office, including document management, administrative reception, meeting arrangements and records, and so on.
- Assist to provide financial data and documents accurately and timely according to the management requirements of the company, and the requirements of external organizations.

Pay: From €6.000,00 per month
