**Wat ga je doen?**

Als **Operator** speel je een sleutelrol in ons productieproces. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar innovatie en kwaliteit vooropstaan. In een 3- of 5-ploegendienst zorg jij samen met je team voor de productie van hoogwaardige geur
- en smaakstoffen, inclusief vegan opties.

**Jouw taken**:

- **Productie**: Mengen en verwerken van geurstoffen volgens recept en werkvoorschriften.
- **Bediening**: Bedienen en monitoren van reactoren, menginstallaties en sproeidroogtorens.
- **Kwaliteit**: Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles zoals pH-metingen en gaschromatografie.
- **Efficiëntie**: Overzicht houden over meerdere processen tegelijk.
- **Hygiëne**: Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.
- **Communicatie**: Overdragen van werkzaamheden aan collega’s en leidinggevenden.

**Wat breng je mee?**
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator.
- VAPRO A, B of C-certificering of vergelijkbaar.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal.
- Bereidheid om in een 3- of 5-ploegendienst te werken.
- Een teamgerichte instelling, maar ook zelfstandig sterk.
- Ervaring in de food
- of chemiesector is een pré, maar we bieden volop training

- Een **jaarcontract** met uitzicht op een vast contract.
- **Salaris**: €3.000;
- tot €3.500;
- bruto per maand (excl. ploegentoeslag).
- **Ploegentoeslag**: 20% tot 30% afhankelijk van het rooster.
- **Individueel Keuzebudget**: 9,5% tot 14,15% van je salaris (extra vrije dagen of salaris).
- 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld.
- Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,21 per km).
