** Je functie**: We are seeking a highly qualified FSL Manager to join our team in Schiphol. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced revenue care specialists, ensuring accuracy and compliance in bookkeeping in operational files, and support the management team to optimize yield along air logistics operations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless billing towards our customers and timely acknowledgement of supplier invoices to maintain financial integrity and customer satisfaction.
** Je verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Steer the team on a dailty basis towards a successful, timely completion of tasks for a complete and accurate month end closing
- Keep an overview on unbilled files, deferrals and disputes and support the operational teams to resolve discrepancies
- Perform an in depth risk analysis and align closely with the management team on the identified risks and their prioritisation
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and guide stakeholders on necessary adjustments.
- Support with expert knowledge in an effective communication between Kuehne+Nagel teams, sales, and customers.
- Collaborate with involved teams on process enhancements for a lean operational process and gross profitability optimization.

**Jouw skills en ervaringen**:

- 3+ years of experience in finance and logistics, ideally a background in logistics or supply chain operations (experience in air logistics is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build complex formulas. Proven strong experience in data analysis, risk analysis, and root cause analysis.
- High level of knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics in the context of finance; familiarity with Kuehne+Nagel products, services, systems and processes is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with strong communication abilities and a change management mindset.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on profitability, pricing strategy, and overall operational and financial integration.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
