As a Architecture Portfolio Manager, you'll be a vital part of our diverse digital workforce, supporting the development of strategic plans that encompass people, processes, technology, and data.

Collaborate closely with other architects, agile teams, and business stakeholders to shape the future of our company. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of topics, in a global context, across all business units of the company.

As a new company, dsm-firmenich presents a significant opportunity for technology professionals, particularly in the field of architecture. The merger of the two companies will require a complete review and redesign of the respective landscapes.

This Architecture portfolio is realized and maintained in Ardoq and as it gains momentum, we are looking for an Architecture Portfolio Manager that will drive the maturity of the tool and the processes, with accurate data and visualizations and as such captures the IT architecture of dsm-firmenich.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the ongoing maintenance and optimization of company’s enterprise architecture repository;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure repository’s reliability and performance;
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for our enterprise architecture processes and systems;
- Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation;
- Lead planning sessions for repository maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among enterprise architecture team members;
- Liaise with external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

- ** Reward**: Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 66,505 to € 95,007 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

**You Bring**
- 5 - 10 years of experience in IT functions, of which;
- 3 years of experience on the role and use of IT systems in business functions;
- 3 years of experience in IT projects and major IT change programs;
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT/Digital technologies;
- Good understanding of the main processes and business capabilities within different business platforms;
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business related study;
- Experience in understanding the stakeholder landscape and management.
