Ervaringswerker Ii, Assertive Community Treatment

Met jouw ervaring als (ex)client in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg help jij onze cliënten verder in hun herstelproces. Je bouwt samen met ons multidisciplinair team van ACT om ervaringsdeskundigheid en herstelondersteunende zorg stevig neer te zetten.
**Wat ga je doen?**:
Je begeleidt cliënten, in samenwerking met je teamleden, op het gebied van: kennismaking, informeren, vaardigheden-ontwikkeling, rehabilitatie, sociaal netwerk, activiteiten, wonen en belangenbehartiging.
Dit doe je onder andere door:
- Het bieden van coachen en (herstel) ondersteuning aan cliënten;
- Samen met je collega herstelgroepen te begeleiden;
- Voorlichting te geven over herstel, rehabilitatie en herstelondersteunende zorg;
- Je faciliteert lotgenotencontacten en hebt een verbindende rol tussen cliënt en zijn/haar leefwereld;
- Perspectief van de client behartigen binnen het multidisciplinaire team;
- Je bent alert op toepassing herstelondersteunende principes en adviseert, gevraagd en ongevraagd, jouw collega´s;
- Je hebt als ervaringsdeskundige jouw specifieke rol binnen onze multidisciplinaire overleggen denkt daar mee over herstelondersteunende zorg. Je maakt hierbij de brug naar de doelgroep.
**Wij bieden jou**:
Dit is een interessante baan met mogelijkheden voor deskundigheidsbevordering
- Vanuit de CAO GGZ de standaard arbeidsvoorwaarden en een salaris in FWG 35 of 45 (min €2272;
- max. €3863;
- bruto op basis van 36 uur) afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring;
- Een jaarcontract voor 24 - 32 uur met bij wederzijdse tevredenheid een vast contract;
- Bieden intervisie met ervaringsdeskundigheid, platform voor ervaringsdeskundigen, ruimte voor eigen ontwikkeling en herstelondersteunende zorg;
- Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantiegeld en je bouwt pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;
- Voor woon-werkverkeer en dienstreizen een 2e klasse mobiliteitskaart, ook te gebruiken voor OV-fiets;
- Arkin biedt met 11 specialismen op verschillende locaties ook veel mogelijkheden op langere termijn voor jouw professionele ontwikkeling en persoonlijke groei. Hiervoor hebben we een breed trainingsaanbod en intervisies. Daarnaast wordt er ook in teamverband geschoold over de inzet van ervaringsdeskundigheid;
- Een meerkeuzesysteem waarbij je brutoloon bijvoorbeeld kunt gebruiken voor extra vakantie-uren, fietsaanschaf en aanvullende reiskostenvergoeding;
- Voor jouw welzijn een jaarlijks vitaliteitsbudget van maximaal €100;
- (bij een vast dienstverband van mínimaal 18 uren per week) en een balansbudget van €500;
- (naar rato dienstverband) en toegang tot het platform Nrgize voor deelname aan activiteiten zoals bootcamp, yoga en salsa dansen.
**Wat breng je mee?**:
Door jouw ervaringen met de verschillende fasen van herstel in te zetten in het werk, ondersteun je niet alleen cliënten maar geef je ook collega’s inzicht in wat helpt en wat belemmert in dit proces. Je maakt ruimte voor de herstelvisie in het team en de organisatie en ook weet je makkelijk contact te maken en aan te sluiten bij cliënten, zodat ze hun verhaal kunnen doen.
Verder ontvangen we graag jouw sollicitatie wanneer jij:
- HBO-werk en denkniveau met als aanvulling de opleiding TOED, Howie the Harp of GEO of andere certificaten/diploma's op het gebied van ervaringsdeskundigheid in GGZ en Samenleving;
- Optioneel; Beschikken over een HBO opleiding als in GGZ Agoog, SPH oid. Indien je daarover beschikt, zou je als Zorgprofessional met Ervaringsdeskundigheid (ZME) kunnen worden ingezet met bijpassende functiewaardering;
- Wanneer geen beschikking over een HBO opleiding, openstaan om HBO opleiding ervaringsdeskundige te volgen (de tweejarige Associated Degree Ervaringsdeskundige in de Zorg);
- Kennis hebt van de theorieën omtrent herstel-ondersteunende zorg en rehabilitatieprocessen;
- Minimaal 1 jaar jouw ervaring hebt toegepast in de GGZ;
- Kennis van en ervaring hebt met het Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) of de bereidheid hebben de training tot facilitator te volgen.

Het ACT wordt gevormd door maatschappelijk werk, verpleegkundigen, SPV, ANIOS, psychiater, GZ-psycholoog, masterpsycholoog, IPS en ervaringsdeskundigen. De ACT teams zijn opgedeeld in ACT 1 (Centrum, Oost, Zuidoost, Diemen en
- IJburg) en ACT 2 (Centrum, West en Noord). We werken nauw samen met het systeem van de cliënt en ketenpartners in de stad als HVO-Querido, het Leger des Heils, de GGD en de Gemeente Amsterdam.
