**Jouw functie**:
Als Real Estate Coördinator ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële vastgoedbeheer van ons netwerk bestaande uit zowel tankstations als foodlocaties (KFC, Burger King, Starbucks). Dit betekent dat je de relatie met onze verhuurders onderhoudt en huurovereenkomsten tijdig analyseert om de gewenste toekomststrategie te bepalen en op te volgen. Je hebt een adviserende rol richting het management inzake huurverlengingen, -beëindigingen, vergunningen, vastgoedoptimalisaties en investeringen.
Je bent tevens betrokken bij de jaarlijkse veiling van rijkswegstations waarbij je onder andere locaties bezoekt, (financiële) business cases maakt en ten slotte deelneemt aan de veiling.
Ook begeleidt je grotere investeringsprojecten (Capex) en ben je betrokken bij strategische vastgoedprojecten zoals herontwikkelingen en nieuwe acquisities van tankstation en/of foodlocaties.
Je werkt nauw samen met overheden, verhuurders, externe adviseurs, projectontwikkelaars en interne afdelingen als retail operations, construction en legal.
Wie ben jij?
Je bent een vastgoedspecialist met goede analystische en financiële vaardigheden, bent communicatief sterk en hebt een goed begrip van vastgoedwetgeving en procedures. Daarnaast ben je een geboren onderhandelaar en weet je hoe je relaties kunt opbouwen en onderhouden met diverse stakeholders.
**Daarnaast heb je**:
Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in de richting van Vastgoed/Makelaardij of vergelijkbaar;
Sterke commerciële, communicatieve, onderhandelings
- en analytische vaardigheden;
Nederlands en Engels vloeiend in zowel spreken als schrijven;
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met vastgoed, huurrecht, milieurecht en financiën;
Ervaren gebruiker van MS Office-toepassingen.

24 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. fulltime) en iedere 2 dienstjaren 1 extra vakantiedag, met een maximum van 5 extra dagen per jaar;
