**Job Title**: Management Assistant

As Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Head of Finance IGT Systems for the BU IGT and the Head of Finance Enterprise Excellence & Productivity & Head of Finance Integrated Supply Chain (located in Amsterdam) with all administrative, organizational, and operational matters.

The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Display engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgment with a positive and energetic attitude. Provide systematic and dependable follow-up, as well as a high level of organizational skills and preparedness.

The BU Image Guided Therapy Systems is part of the Image Guided Therapy Business Group which provides solutions for mínimally invasive interventional treatment and is at the core of Philips growth strategy with a leading position in IGT Systems where we focus on systems integration and developing new interventional solutions which goes beyond X-Ray. We are looking for a full-time assistant (100%) to strengthen our team and you will make a difference by supporting the teams.

**Your role**:

- Provide (logístical) support, general office management and event / office coordination for the Heads of Finance and their respective teams.
- Facilitate team processes (standard work), ensure that the assigned managers & teams can work effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare and organize appointments, business trips, conference calls, (customer) events & meetings.
- Cooperate closely with assistants IGT Systems and F&A depts.
- More specific development of finance activities including standard work process implementation (such as implementing and maintaining the IGT S finance operating cadence).

You will report to the Head of Finance IGT-Systems and you will be located both in Best as well as in Amsterdam.

**You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a Management Assistant role, preferably in a dynamic and international environment. Affinity with Finance & Accounting would be a plus.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Strong service oriented and proactive mindset.
- Solution oriented and with customer focus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and collaboration tools.
- Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality and use a high degree of discretion.
- Pro-active, take ownership, stress resistant, dynamic, flexible.
