**Work in a day shift as a Team Leader Logistics at the world's number one logistics service provider. How does that sound? We are looking for a true people manager who stands ready for the team. You ensure that they are well-positioned and perform as optimally as possible. Are you our new Team Leader?**

**Your Role in the Organization**

Our Beringe campus comprises 5 sites, all dedicated to customers in the Technology sector. As a Team Leader, you will be assigned to one of these sites, specifically serving our client, HP. You will oversee a team of 15 to 20 operators and report directly to the Shift Manager.

**Your new Job as Team Leader Logistics at Inbound**

Your focus will be on communication with your team, and the shift managers. You will regularly liaise with fellow Team Leaders about developments during the day, but also overall development. You will also meet customer expectations, gain insight into which processes are running smoothly, and identify where the bottlenecks are.

**Additionally, your tasks include**:

- Safety, which is a top priority at DHL. You ensure that your team works safely and can go home safely.
- Coaching your team not only on daily performance but also on their ambitions and personal development.
- Looking ahead and ensuring all competencies are present in your team without losing sight of the training budget.
- Conducting absenteeism and reintegration meetings, supported by your Shift Manager and the absenteeism coordinator.
- Celebrating successes with your team when customer expectations are exceeded.

**Employment Conditions**
- A full-time position (40 hours);
- Salary in our CAO scale 8, between € 2,600 and € 3,400, depending on your knowledge and experience, with growth potential up to € 4,350.59;
- Working in a day shift from 06:00 to 15:00;
- 25 vacation days (for a full-time position);
- The option to purchase 8 additional vacation days per year; 8% holiday pay;

- Approximately 2 years of work experience as a Team Leader or a similar role;
