As an authentic and expanding fashion brand we are operating in several European countries. We are currently looking for a new addition to our team that acts as a Lois ambassador, embodying our shared values and effectively communicating them to our in-store customers.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- A high energy and positive attitude.
- An ability to take on responsibilities and show initiatives.
- Experience in retail/sales or customer service.
- Great communication and organization skills.
- Drive to exceed targets and KPI’s.
- Knowledge of fashion market and trends.
- Ambition to travel for collection presentations and international meetings with our other retail and HQ.
- The desire to grow with the company and team.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing a premium customer service level by communicating in depth product knowledge to advise clients on models and fits.
- Managing the Lois Galería sales team.
- Work closely with international store managers.
- Seasonal buying and re-ordering for the store.
- Responsible for staff management including scheduling and performance feedback.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships and able to personalize future opportunities with clients.
- Maintaining perfect store visual and organization standards.
- Taking on store opening and closing procedures.
- Communicating personal customer orders and alterations to manager and team.
