**Dream is looking for a Junior Paralegal**

Your understanding of corporate law and KYC is apparent through either working experience (at least two years in a legal environment) or education (at least two years on Dutch HBO / University level). Obviously, you have clear written and verbal communication skills. Dutch must be your mother tongue or you are flawless in speaking/writing in Dutch, plus you are fluent in English. We want to bring on someone who is eager to learn, work hard, and have fun. In other words, we want you to fit in here. **What will you do?**

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

**Corporate housekeeping**:

- Assess and file essential legal documentation;
- Keeping corporate documentation up to date;
- Drafting corporate documentation;
- KYC and UBO-documentation.

**General legal**:

- Monitoring signing and approval process;
- Coordinating legalization/apostille process;
- Correspondence, drafting contracts;
- Assisting legal counsel with day-to-day business both real estate and corporate;
- Assist in collection matters.

**What will you bring?**
- Strong people skills - a team player with ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English - demonstrated in written and verbal reports;
- Deliver on commitments - ability to set clear objectives and deliverable goals, planning skills;
- Driven and hardworking - ability to “get things done” with mínimal supervision.
- You must be a native or flawless speaker in Dutch;
- You have (almost) completed your degree in Dutch law HBO/University, or training as notarial clerk, Or have at least two years relevant legal working experience with experience in corporate law. Real estate experience is considered an asset;
- Strong organization and planning skills and the ability to make decisions independently;
- You bring with you a positive attitude and looking forward to getting our legal processes to the next level;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, preferably with SharePoint.
