Inside Sales Representative

The primary responsibility of Inside Sales Representatives is to generate market demand by initiating contact and interaction with end customers, including making cold calls. They also track and pursue opportunities and quotes. The key goal is to establish, prioritize, and boost profitable new business growth within the designated region.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Liaise and establish trusted relationships with distributors and customers
- Conduct cold calls, follow up on website leads in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities within our product line portfolios
- Be up to date on customer/ opportunity development and report to the management
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customer executives and staff within key accounts and have a strong understanding of their customer base and market
- Execute sales price analysis, sales quote preparation and follow up with customers and or distributors
- Daily follow up on outstanding quotes in order to secure RFE’s growth targets
- Follow up of sample orders
- Keep track on orders for business awarded using Forecast as guideline
**Skills and education**
- Preferably bachelor’s degree (engineering, business administration, economics)
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a commercial environment
- Competencies as result-oriented, self-reliance, sales-driven, self-starting
- Fluent in German, excellent oral and written English skills any additional language is a plus
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with people at all levels of our internal and customer’s organization
- Strong personality, collaborative nature, transparent, open minded and team player
**Offer**
