**WAT GA JE DOEN**
Ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof zoeken wij een Financial Controller. Het doel van de opdracht als Financial Controller is het ondersteunen en adviseren bij financiële, bedrijfskundige en strategische vraagstukken. Je draagt zorg voor de kwaliteit van de financiële processen, het verder professionaliseren van de Finance afdeling, het uitvoeren van controles en administratieve werkzaamheden ten behoeve van interne en externe opdrachtgevers. Je draagt bij aan een betrouwbare, volledige en tijdige bedrijfsadministratie en ondersteunt de Finance Manager met het verzamelen van informatie en het opstellen van interne en externe rapportages.
De volgende werkzaamheden behoren onder andere tot jouw takenpakket:
- Voorbereiden van periodieke rapportages, jaarcijfers en W&V- rapportages
- Uitvoeren en tijdig afronden van de maandafsluiting en de jaarafsluiting
- Opstellen en beheren van balansdossiers
- Opstellen en bijdragen aan opbouw bottom-up budget
- Beheren en optimaliseren van de AO/IC-processen (administratieve organisatie/ interne controle)
- Uitvoeren van btw-aangiften, zowel per maand als per kwartaal voor de verschillende Skins entiteiten
- Klaarzetten en betalen van de salarissen, inclusief de verwerking van de loonjournaalposten in de financiële administratie.
- Uitvoeren van overige boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden
- Voorbereiden van het dossier m.b.t. de jaarafrekening, inclusief bijwonen inventarisaties en rond rekenen goederenstroom
- Aansturen financiële medewerkers (samen met de Finance Manager)
- Opstellen Business Cases
- Controleren van facturen en de betaling hiervan
- Opstellen en indienen van CBS Opgaves
**WAT WIJ VAN JOU VERWACHTEN**
Je hebt mínimaal een afgeronde HBO diploma in de richting economie, bedrijfskunde en/of accountancy en mínimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijk functie. Je hebt kennis van relevante wet
- en regelgeving (RJ, NV COS). Ervaring met ERP systemen zoals exact, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, kennis van Navision/Microsoft Dynamics is een pré net zoals Power BI. Je bent per 1 juli of uiterlijk 1 augustus beschikbaar en beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift.
