Ben jij die gastvrije topper die niets leuker vindt dan mensen een geweldige tijd bezorgen? En ben je op zoek naar een leuke flexibele baan in hartje Rotterdam? Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Host die altijd nét even die extra stap zet
**Wat ga je doen?**:
Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en voorziet ze van alle info die ze nodig hebben. Je helpt gasten bij het inchecken, vertelt welke highlights ze echt niet mogen overslaan en vraagt of je ergens een tafeltje voor ze mag reserveren. Tussendoor krijg je een telefoontje van een gast die graag een kamer wil reserveren voor volgende week. Geen probleem, jij regelt het De volgende gasten checken uit bij de fast check in/check out terminals en jij vangt ze meteen daarna op. Je bent razend nieuwsgierig naar hoe ze het verblijf hebben ervaren. Je neemt de koffers van de gasten aan, zodat ze nog even lekker de stad in kunnen. Ze geven aan snel weer een keer terug te komen. Ondertussen zie je dat je collega het druk heeft met gasten die komen ontbijten, dus je aarzelt geen moment en springt bij. Je helpt nog even met het serveren van een lekkere koffie, maakt de tafels schoon en zorgt ervoor dat de lobby er weer piekfijn bijstaat. Fijn, zo lekker afwisselend werken Enne, of je nu overdag werkt of een avonddienst draait; jij straalt op elk tijdstip.
**Wie zijn wij?**:
Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is onderdeel van Eden Hotels en is in april 2019 volledig vernieuwd. Het hotel biedt 95 luxe hotelkamers en een toffe Piet le Blanc Suite waarin je kunt gamen, films kijken of muziek luisteren. De lobby heeft een gezellige open ruimte waar je terecht kunt voor ontbijt, lunch, koffie kunt drinken en ’s avonds nog even wat werk kunt verzetten of gezellig met een borrel of snack kan bijpraten met collega's of vrienden.
Eden Hotels heeft gedurende twee generaties een mooie collectie hotels opgebouwd. Onze hands-on aanpak combineert tientallen jaren ervaring in de hotellerie met zakelijk inzicht, zodat elke collega het beste uit zichzelf kan halen. Met veel plezier zorgen we voor een lokale beleving en blijvende herinneringen voor onze gasten. Met inmiddels 12 hotels bevinden we ons in de stadscentra van alle grote steden in Nederland. Doordat we in die steden alle verrassende plekken weten, zorgen we ervoor dat de gast zich echt even één van ons voelt. Met onze ambitie om internationaal te groeien, is het onze missie om diezelfde uitstekende service en ervaring in heel Europa te gaan bieden. **Wij vragen**:
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Bij jou staat de gast écht op nummer één.
- Je bent flexibel, zit vol energie en laat je niet zo snel gek maken.
- Je hebt ervaring als receptionist(e) bij een hotel en het liefst ben je ook een beetje behendig met F&B.
- Werken in een team vind je leuk, maar solo werken is voor jou ook geen enkel probleem.
- Je bent een echte aanpakker en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Heb je al eens eerder gewerkt met MEWS en heb je een BHV diploma? Allebei een pré
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Spreek je ook nog (een beetje) Frans, Duits of Spaans? Dan zijn wij daar heel blij mee.
- Je woont in (de omgeving van) Rotterdam en kunt op elk tijdstip makkelijk naar het hotel reizen.
**Wat kun je van ons verwachten?**:
- Een fulltime / parttime (met intentie tot verlenging).
- Het salaris ligt tussen 2,234 EUR - 2,600 EUR, afhankelijk van het aantal jaren ervaring en vaardigheden.
- De Eden Basis zijn bij ons dik in orde. Denk hierbij aan goede collectieve verzekeringen en een reiskostenvergoeding.
