About the job - As our Personal Assistant, you will be the backbone of our organization, providing essential support to our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing a variety of administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules for team members, ensuring timely coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide additional support, where your business background helps to assist with projects and operational tasks.
- Maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.
- Collaborate with the team to address any emerging needs and adapt to changing priorities.

About you - You are organized, detail-oriented and efficient. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and tackling challenges head-on while fostering a positive and enjoyable workplace atmosphere. You are a person who enjoys working together and getting things done. Where your colleagues admire your ability to balance flexibility with accountability. They appreciate your strong communication and listening skills, which enable you to facilitate seamless interactions and foster a positive work environment.

For our team we are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability or social responsibility topics, as well as a keen interest in data-driven processes. Experience with MS Office is beneficial, however we welcome any expertise and experience you think is necessary for our organization. This position is also suitable for working student

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch
