Junior Sustainability Analyst

**Mission**:
**Your Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and report on sustainability data, including but not limited to carbon emissions, energy usage, waste management, and water consumption.
- Play an active in role in the organisation and planning of meetings on sustainability internally and with stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sustainability metrics, targets, and goals aligned with CSRD standards and best practices.
- Support the integration of sustainability considerations into business operations, product development, and management processes.
- Help identify opportunities for innovation and value creation through sustainable business practices, such as resource efficiency, product life cycle analysis, and circular economy initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of sustainability communications, including sustainability reports, stakeholder engagement materials, and marketing material.
- Contribute to the promotion of a culture of sustainability across the organization through training, awareness campaigns, sharing best practices and innovative solutions and employee engagement activities.

**Profil**:
**Your Profile**
- Master's degree in animal science, sustainability, environmental science, corporate social responsibility, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, environmental management, corporate social responsibility, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data from various sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP, and SASB is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
- Project management skills
