Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a solid background in corporate HR? Do you have a knack for driving HR initiatives and building strong relationships within a corporate environment? We are seeking an Interim HRBP to join our team for a minimum of 24 hours per week, starting immediately.

**The Job**

Reporting to the VP Human Resources, this temporary HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is key to addressing and resolving HR issues for our client groups in the Netherlands. You will provide strategic HR guidance, ensuring our team is engaged, productive, and compliant with Dutch labor laws.

As our Interim HRBP, you will be the strategic ally to business leaders, offering expert HR support and maintaining HR policies aligned with our business goals. Your role spans talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and administrative tasks such as payroll and contract management. Your proactive approach will drive positive change and continuous improvement within the company.

**What you will be doing**
- Provide HR insights and support to business leaders, driving effectiveness and alignment with business objectives;
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent;
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts, collaborating with legal counsel as needed;.
- Handle payroll processing, contract management, performance reviews, and oversee office maintenance, ensuring smooth operations;
- Challenge and coach leaders to provide trusted counsel, fostering a high-performance culture;
- Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, documenting key HR procedures and establishing shared office management processes.

**What we are looking for**
- A minimum of 4 years relevant working experience, preferable in an international/global corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
- Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken;
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices;
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
- You like to explore through your expertise and enthusiasm and you easily establish collaborations;
- You have a great passion for people, are empathetic and have a positive appearance;
- You have relevant work experience in an administrative position in the field of HR;
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite & HRIS).
