Door de energietransitie komt er meer werk dan ooit op ons af. De uitdaging is groot. De afdeling Business Support Services (BSS) ontzorgt de organisatie, zodat zij zich kan focussen op kerntaken. BSS heeft alle administratieve werkzaamheden slim gebundeld. Op die manier werken we efficiënt, tegen lagere kosten en met een hoge kwaliteit van dienstverlening. Dit doen we al best goed, maar het kan altijd beter. Voor het team Record-to-Report zoeken we daarom een teamcoördinator.
Hoe ziet jouw dag als Teamcoördinator R2R binnen Stedin eruit?
Je start je dag met een kop koffie (gemaakt door onze barista’s in de koffiebar, of gewoon uit de koffie-automaat. En zelfs dan is -ie lekker, want we drinken koffie van de Heilige Boontjes) of thee. Samen met je collega coördinator en teamleider bespreek je de doelstellingen voor deze week en de voortgang op de KPI’s. R2R is het team waar we onder andere de administratie voeren (record) van alle processen binnen Stedin. Hier geef je functioneel leiding aan.
Je dagen zijn heel divers. Deze ochtend zit je met je team aan tafel om de processen effectiever in te richten. Na de lunch zit je met de senior van het team. Samen zijn jullie medeverantwoordelijk voor de maandafsluitingen. Dit gebeurt natuurlijk tijdig en volledig. Einde van de middag heb je contact met je collega’s van Finance, over de accountantscontrole. Jij bent direct betrokken bij alle steekproeven.
**Kortom, je dagen zijn goed gevuld maar neem van ons aan**: je draagt elke dag je steentje bij aan een nog betere dienstverlening van het BSS en daarmee dus ook van Stedin

Jij bent een ervaren team coördinator met leidinggevende capaciteiten. Met ideeën over hoe je een team kan motiveren en coachen. Jouw energieke en positieve instelling motiveert je team en haalt zo het beste uit het team naar voren. Uitdagingen ga je graag aan, beren op de weg die zie jij niet. Wat jou verder onze nieuwe team coördinator Record-to-Report maakt?
Je hebt hbo werk
- en denkniveau.
Je hebt brede kennis op het gebied van financiële processen en stromen en de veranderingen en vernieuwingen op dit vakgebied (RPA, datamining).
Je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie, automatisering van financiële processen en implementatie van verbetertrajecten (SAP, ICF en van diverse accounting processen).
Je bent sparringpartner van de teamleider R2R, aanspreekpunt voor de business maar ook voor financial
- en group control van Stedin.
Jouw belangrijkste competenties zijn team management, planning, analytisch, sociaal en communicatief vaardig, resultaatgerichtheid.
Een goed team
Daar hoor je bij
Record-to-Report, in de volksmond R2R, is de afdeling waar we onder andere de administratie voeren (‘Record’) van alle processen binnen Stedin. En dat is nogal wat. Denk aan de registratie van alle activa van Stedin. Dat is een fors bedrag van € 7,5 miljard Maar ook de administratie rondom de kosten en opbrengsten van alle (klant)processen tot aan het uitvoeren van de betalingen. Onderwerpen zoals BTW en VPB horen daar natuurlijk ook bij. Eigenlijk alles wat er administratief samenhangt met het voeren van een bedrijf met € 1,7 mld. aan opbrengsten en bijna 5.000 medewerkers. De andere ‘R’ staat voor report. Want als R2R rapporteren we ook over de geregistreerde standen en stromen binnen en buiten de organisatie. Dat is het domein van het ‘Report’ deel van de afdeling.
Meteen vanaf dag één maak je deel uit van Business Support Services en van team R2R. Het team is in alle opzichten divers, dus je voelt je er ongetwijfeld snel thuis. De teamleden zijn begaan met elkaar en met hun werk, helpen elkaar en weten elkaar goed te vinden. De energie in het team is goed en de sfeer is open, eerlijk en gedreven. Het team is voortdurend in beweging en iedereen draagt daar een steentje aan bij.

Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden horen erbij. Zo krijg je een (maximaal) salaris van €5.700;
- gebaseerd op 40 uur per week, 24,5 vakantiedagen en bouw je prima pensioen op bij het ABP.
