In this position you report to the Head of Finance EMEA, and you will experience how it is to work in a high performing F,P&A team. This role is designed to assist in current operations and performance-based solutions and requires communication skills between team members in departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Upgrade, implement process improvements and maintain dashboards and reporting tools used reporting such as DOMO, Excel, Hyperion Essbase for the Europe Business.
- Participate in the design, development, and ongoing timely preparation of financial reports (Annual Plan), including management reports and presentations.
- Assist in the purchase order process and tracking
- Assist in the continuous improvement projects of the Finance departments
- Effectively communicate status updates and reports to team members and management as requested/assigned.
- Available for special projects as needed.
- Act as backup for the FP&A team members during their absence.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION**:

- ** Degree minimum**: Bachelor’s Degree
- ** Specific concentration**: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Experience level: none

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION**:

- The ability to communicate effectively with top management, project teams, and all other Associates.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail: able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable strategic recommendations.
- The ability to work closely with other members of the Finance Department to meet deadlines for consolidation. Keeps Manager informed on key issues.

**SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Ability to read, speak, and write in English
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint skills
- Oracle and/or Hyperion experience considered an advantage
- Dashboard software knowledge such as PowerBI, Tableau, DOMO considered an advantage
