**What impact will you make?
As a Renewal Officer, you will be working with our clients and managing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, and ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint. You will collaborate with our customer success teams to identify opportunities for improvement in the overall customer journey. You are engaging with clients through proactive communication and conducting regular check-ins to position renewals as a strategic partnership rather than a transactional event.

Strategically, you are tailoring our renewal processes and communication based on the needs and characteristics of each client segment. You utilize KPIs and metrics to measure the success of renewal strategies and adapt based on results & insights.

You are part of the Customer Success team, dedicated to supporting our valuable customers in the Fortune 1000 space, with a personal focus on our customers in the EMEA region.

This team is part of Bizzdesign’s Customer Success Organization, which provides expertise, training, and consulting services to ensure our software is a true ‘solution’ to solve critical challenges for our clients.

**Your tasks include:
**Customer Renewal Ownership**:

- Own, act, and respond to contract renewal activities for a large number of customers. Use and improve the customer renewal process at Bizzdesign, create innovations, and drive results for better renewal management.

**Customer Lifecycle Management**:

- Serve as central contact of customers across the customer lifecycle; onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and expansion. Support the CSO team and partner with other Bizzdesign teams to optimize customer health, create accurate forecasts, and provide qualified feedback for customer satisfaction.

**Competitive research & Analytics:
- Conduct regular market research to stay on top of trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities & threats. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans (coordinating activities internally within Bizzdesign and externally with customers) to resolve.

**What are we looking for?
- You have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in SaaS companies and live in the Netherlands.
- You are a very structured, detail-oriented, and organized individual.
- You have experience in creating and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture and/or business consulting are a plus.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), with audiences of different levels, and you are fluent in English (written and verbal).
- You have a strong drive to create customer value growth across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- You have at least completed a Bachelor of IT, Business Economics, or equivalent qualifications.
- You have an entrepreneurial, proactive, and ambitious attitude.
- You are a relationship builder and a confident facilitator.
- You take full ownership & embrace accountability, and you have a high degree of honesty & integrity. You have a “hands-on” and “roll-up-your-sleeves” collaborating supervisor attitude.
