The OPRA OP16 gas turbine, renowned for its reliability, availability, and mínimal maintenance, offers cost-effective solutions for global energy needs. Its innovative combustion technology efficiently can turn dirty fuel gas that would otherwise be flared, vented, or simply wasted into green power and clean exhaust gas, setting new standards for sustainable energy generation.

As a Public Relations specialist at Destinus Energy, your primary responsibility will be to manage communication with local Dutch media outlets.

Tasks
- Identify and pursue opportunities for earned media coverage in the Netherlands. This could involve securing interviews, guest articles, or features in relevant publications.
- Create a media kit about Destinus Energe to enhance our brand visibility and reputation in the media landscape.
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for our organization to participate in PR and media-related events in the Netherlands. This may include industry conferences, networking events, and media parties.
- Monitor local Dutch media for mentions of our organization, industry trends, and competitor activity will be crucial.
- Draft press releases that highlight important company news, events, and initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment between PR efforts and communication strategy.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company, responding to media inquiries and projecting a positive image to the public.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Dutch, proficient in English. (We speak english in the office)
- Extensive experience in PR, media relations in the Netherlands.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with media professionals.
- Experience with strategic PR planning.
