We are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our client based in the Netherlands. As a crucial member of the finance department, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including budget variances, cost trends, and revenue projections. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor performance against targets and recommend adjustments as needed.
- **Management Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders, including monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.
- **Cost Control**: Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. Implement cost control measures and monitor effectiveness.
- **Business Partnering**: Partner closely with department heads and senior management to provide financial expertise and support strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: €45.000,00 - €50.000,00 per year
