**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for commodities and suppliers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the supply chain.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to support new product introductions and innovative sourcing solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze procurement data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for value creation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and conditions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration.
