**What will you do?**

As a Junior Valuer, you’ll work alongside experienced Registered Valuers from our Specialist Markets team to deliver valuations for a wide variety of healthcare properties, including hospitals, forensic psychiatric institutions, medical centres, and private care homes. You’ll collaborate on projects for a diverse range of clients such as international investors, financiers, owner-occupiers, and government agencies, using our cutting-edge valuation models and in-depth market insights.

Beyond valuations, you’ll nurture client relationships and contribute to securing new instructions. Throughout your journey, our seasoned colleagues will guide you, helping you grow into a true specialist in healthcare real estate. **What are we looking for?**

You are analytical, client-focused, and have a commercial mindset. Additionally, you bring:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in real estate or economics).
- A keen interest in healthcare real estate.
- The motivation to pursue the Registered Valuer (RT) qualification.
- A valid driver’s licence (Category B).
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
