Operations Control Centre Manager

Reporting to Head of Technical Support and Training, Western Europe, ENERCON is hiring for the position of **Operations Control Centre (OCC) Manager**. The OCC Manager will manage a team of technicians across Western Europe Region responsible for guaranteeing the remote supervision of the entire fleet of wind turbines and regulation equipment. The OCC Manager will lead a team of OCC technicians in preparing work orders to be completed by Service technicians.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Ensure HSE related topics are a priority ensuring escalation of HSE incidents and support in resolving.
- Establish performance indicators and in partnership with key stakeholders set, and monitor, targets for the OCC team.
- Monitor and interpret regional KPIs identifying deviations and corrective measures.
- Lead the OCC team, through structure and measure of performance, to guarantee WEC monitoring coverage.
- Lead the full people management and development cycle, recruitment, appraisal cycle and training of OCC technicians.
- Identify and investigate shortfalls, challenges and roadblocks in current processes establishing the delivery of the subsequent OCC action plan.
- Guarantee the creation of high-quality orders (with the right priority level, target time and required skills and tools).
- Participate and manage continuous improvement projects.
- Foster collaboration across the business keeping informed of the development of supervision and order creation tools.

**What we ask of you**
- Excellent knowledge of wind turbines and operations processes.
- Degree, or vocational qualification, in mechanics/electrics (ideally electrical).
- Technical background (ideally electrical).
- Project Management skills.
- Experience in managing remote teams.
- The ability to communicate in English for business, and preferably also in French.
- Process, analytical and structured mindset is essential.
- Good communicator with excellent follow through.
- Solutions and results orientated.
- Working experience with some of the following systems: SCADA, SCADA Remote, SAP, FSM, SIP, Excel, Power BI The ability to unite teams for the common good of the company, our customers and our people.
