Als Junior Demand & Operations Planner bij marlies|dekkers ben je de spil in zowel de voorraadbeheersing van onze winkels als de logistieke operaties. Je zult actief de distributieprocessen coördineren, de levering van producten aan onze winkels plannen en tegelijkertijd de inkomende en uitgaande logistieke stromen nauwlettend volgen en optimaliseren.

Dankzij jouw uitstekende kennis van Excel en sterke analytische vaardigheden ben je in staat om complexe gegevens te vertalen in duidelijke rapportages en nauwkeurige voorraadvoorspellingen voor onze winkels. Deze rapportages zijn cruciaal voor het maken van geïnformeerde beslissingen die zowel de productbeschikbaarheid garanderen als operationele uitdagingen proactief aanpakken.

Daarnaast zul je het gehele proces van supply chain processen (process mapping) van productie tot aan leveringen bij het distributiecentrum monitoren. Dit betekent dat je de dagelijkse operationele taken beheert en ervoor zorgt dat elk onderdeel van de supply chain soepel verloopt. Je houdt toezicht op de productieplannen, volgt de verzendingen, en zorgt voor een efficiënte ontvangst en opslag van goederen in het distributiecentrum.

In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Head of Integrated Business Planning en werk je nauw samen met de Supply Chain Manager en Demand Planner. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze operaties efficiënt verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen marlies|dekkers, waaronder Retail en Finance, om ervoor te zorgen dat alle aspecten van de voorraad
- en distributie planningen effectief worden uitgevoerd.

**Als echte Junior Demand & Operations Planner heb/ben je**:

- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare analytische studie.
- 1-2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, bij voorkeur in de mode
- of retailindustrie.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden in Microsoft Excel.
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en BI tools is een pré.
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- _ S_terke analytische vaardigheden.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte instelling.
- Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig problemen op te lossen.
