HR Advisor

**Your tasks**:

- Advising management on requested and unrequested basis on HR matters, including identifying trends and bottlenecks;
- Participating in various current and strategic HR projects, such as Employee Experience, Employer of Choice, culture and leadership development, and HR process optimization;
- Focusing on second-line inquiries and complex HR issues, such as individual trajectories and facilitating performance appraisal discussions;
- Analyzing HR metrics and translating them into improvement points or actions to support the organization;
- Engaging in various HR themes such as people review, leadership, performance management, talent development, and absenteeism management;
- Providing operational and tactical advice at various management levels within the organization;
- Collaborating within an enthusiastic, ambitious, and congenial HR team, while also being able to operate independently and possessing a pragmatic mindset.

**Your profile**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR;
- Between three and five years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic, commercial organization;
- A strong personality and the ability to initiate independently;
- Knowledge and experience in the field of organizational development;
- The ability to both collaborate and operate independently;
- Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
