As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.

The **Shopfloor Planner NPI** is part of the Logistics Planning Team and reports to the Team Lead NPI Planning.

The entire Logistics department consists of regular planning, NPI planning, cleaning, and warehousing activities and comprises approximately 100 employees.

**What will you do**:

- You are the link between production/warehouse/quality and the logistics engineer;
- You are responsible for short-term production realization (0-2 months) for the assigned products in collaboration with the logistics engineer and the production department;
- You are daily present on the production floor and work closely with the production team leader, production engineering, warehouse employees, and prototype assemblers;
- You communicate internally about deliveries and production progress;
- You are the point of contact for the logistics engineer regarding delivery progress;
- Additionally, you identify potential bottlenecks in a timely manner and strive to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Based on feedback, you adjust the plan accordingly.

**Who are you?**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role;
- You have experience in a production environment;
- You have a hands-on mentality and can quickly adapt;
- You are creative and entrepreneurial in solving bottlenecks;
- You are an excellent communicator and can persuade people;
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
