Job description: As a Casino Employee / Host you are the face of our casino and you ensure that our guests feel welcome and appreciated. You will provide excellent customer service and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits our casino. Your tasks include:

- Greeting and receiving guests upon entering the casino.
- Answering guest questions about the games, amenities and events.
- Assist in guiding guests to their favorite games and explaining game rules if necessary.
- Processing payments and paying out winnings according to applicable procedures.
- Monitor the casino floor to ensure the safety and fairness of the game.
- Actively contribute to a clean and tidy casino area.

**Profile**:

- Customer-oriented and with a positive attitude to provide guests with a great experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to put guests at ease.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and sometimes busy environment.
- Minimum 21 years old due to legal age requirements for casino employees.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
