Junior Recruiter

Overview:
This position is based at our operational site in Horst, Limburg and you must have your own transport. Full time position working 38 hours per week. This is a six-month contract position. Bilingual in English and Dutch is required for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business leaders to address tactical and strategic needs, driving organizational change programs.
- Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to nurture our team's potential.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for partnered operations, ensuring the best talent is onboarded.
- Provide HR guidance, analyze trends, and develop solutions to enhance employee experience.
- Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to senior leaders, and contribute to retention strategies.
- Offer performance management guidance, fostering positive work relationships and increasing productivity.
- Interpret HR policies, identify training needs, and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- One year or more of experience in the field of Campus or Corporate Recruitment
- Excellent communication skills with written and spoken abilities in Dutch & English
- Customer focussed, positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for business needs
- Highly organised and able to work with pace while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to problem solve, multi-task and re-prioritise
- Positive approach with a desire to learn and continually improve
