**Company Description**
SGS Nederland B.V. has divided its services into 5 business lines, of which Natural Resources (Minerals) is engaged in, among other things: quantity and quality control of ores, concentrates, coal, coke, ferro alloys, metals, fertilizers, and industrial minerals.
As an administrative assistant, you are responsible for all external communications (questions, invoicing, reporting) with our customers and internally with our inspection department in Spijkenisse and our laboratory in Vlissingen.
Your work consists of administrative, technical and commercial tasks. On a daily basis, you will be involved in:
- Processing customer assignments in a clear work instruction
- Sending reports and certificates to the customer
- Follow-up on invoices and answering any questions the customer may have
- If you perform well, your tasks can be expanded to include more technical and commercial activities.
Your work location is Spijkenisse.
**Qualifications**
The ideal employee meets the following requirements:
- You have obtained at least an Associate (MBO) degree
- You preferably have experience in the field of complex (international) customer contact
- You have an excellent command of both the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- You are able to come up with tailor-made solutions and keep an overview of the workload
- You are able to switch quickly and are flexible within your tasks.
