**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
- Assist in the layout, assembly, and installation of cable tray systems according to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards;
- Measure, cut, and bend cable tray sections to fit around obstacles and accommodate wiring routes;
- Secure cable tray sections to walls, ceilings, or other structures using appropriate mounting hardware and fasteners;
- Install cable supports, such as brackets, hangers, and clamps, to ensure proper alignment and support of cable tray systems;
- Pull, route, and secure electrical cables and wires within cable tray systems, following wiring diagrams and installation guidelines;
- Perform cable tray modifications and adjustments as needed to accommodate changes in wiring layouts or project requirements;
- Assist in the termination and connection of electrical cables to equipment, devices, and power distribution systems.
**WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Cable Tray Worker or similar role in an industrial setting;
- Strong knowledge of cable tray systems, components, and installation techniques;
- Familiarity with electrical codes and standards related to cable tray installation and wiring practices;
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in electrical construction;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure quality workmanship;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Commitment to safety and adherence to established safety guidelines and procedures.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
- Assist in the installation of trim, molding, and other decorative elements to enhance the appearance of interior spaces;
Aid in the preparation and installation of cabinetry, shelving, and other built-in fixtures according to project specifications and design plans;
Support the hanging of doors, windows, and hardware, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality;
Assist with wood staining, painting, and finishing techniques to protect and enhance the natural beauty of wood surfaces;
Help with the installation and finishing of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, with attention to detail and craftsmanship;
Assist in the construction and installation of custom furniture pieces, such as bookcases, benches, and entertainment centers, under the guidance of experienced carpenters;
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and painters, to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless project execution;
Learn to use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns, safely and effectively to perform carpentry tasks;
Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols.**WHAT WE EXPECT**:
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred, with exposure to finishing carpentry considered a plus;
- Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills;
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude;
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods;
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
