**Jij doet het**:
Novum is het innovatielab van de Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB). Wij innoveren voor een toekomstbestendige uitvoering van sociale zekerheid. We dagen de organisatie uit om op een andere manier te kijken, denken en doen, en dragen zo bij aan de veranderopgaven van de SVB. We inspireren de innovatiecultuur van de SVB, we begeleiden innovatieprojecten, en we onderzoeken trends en nieuwe technologieën die impact kunnen hebben op de dienstverlening van de SVB. We ontwerpen innovaties en experimenteren met nieuwe oplossingen voor de uitdagingen van vandaag, morgen en de toekomst. Samen met onze collega's van het Chief Change Office (CCO) brengen we de veranderstrategie van de SVB tot leven.
Het Novum team is resultaatgericht en werkt agile met Objectives en Key Results (OKRs) om te blijven groeien. We versterken ons graag met een Innovation Tech Lead die:
- Faciliteert: Je ondersteunt bij innovatieprojecten met een technologisch component in een proces-begeleidende rol. Hierbij breng je inhoudelijke kennis over technologie over en richt je experimenten in aan de hand van de Novum innovatiemethode.
- Verkent: Technologische verkenningen opzet rondom nieuwe technologieën die een mogelijke impact hebben op de dienstverlening van de SVB, in samenwerking met andere SVB afdelingen en relevante partijen.
- Inspireert: Je inspireert de organisatie, waaronder Novum, op het gebied van technologische ontwikkelingen. Je neemt relevante stakeholders hier op een inspirerende en begrijpelijke manier in mee, en zet mensen aan tot actie.
- Verbindt: Je betrekt stakeholders in de organisatie bij innovatietrajecten met een technologisch component, en houdt hierbij rekening met bestaande behoeften, processen en prioriteiten.
**Jij bent het**:
Als technology innovation designer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter technologische innovaties vanuit Novum. Je bent organisatiesensitief en onderhoudt contacten met relevante stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de Strategisch Innovatie Manager en Portfolio Manager om te zorgen dat onze verkenningen en experimenten aansluiten bij de strategische doelstellingen van de SVB. Je bent een doener en een doorzetter, en zet jouw kennis en ervaring in om samen met Novum de innovatiekracht van de SVB te vergroten. Je hebt:
- mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een rol op het snijvlak van technologie en business, idealiter binnen de innovatie afdeling van een grote organisatie
- Ervaring met het doen en begeleiden van technologische experimenten en verkenningen samen met stakeholders uit de organisatie op basis van lean startup en design thinking (zie de Novum Innovatiemethode)
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring van AI tooling, machine learning en data science
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om tech-concepten te vertalen naar diverse doelgroepen
- Een aanstekelijk enthousiasme voor innovatie en de toekomst van publieke dienstverlening

**Jouw werkomgeving**:
