**About us**:
- **What does the being an Office Administrator in the Logistic Hub entail?**_
You’ll work amongst a **professional and highly dedicated** team in a **friendly, inclusive** working environment. **Supported and motivated** by your colleagues and project leaders. Your main task will be **supporting our teams** of technicians, managers, and Logistic Hubsoverall (working with us is indeed colourful). You will often support **local** field engineers and the **Country Manager**, especially with deadlines for invoices and other documents.As the only member of the back-office team based in NL, you will have to **work independently **but will still **be supported remotely **by the rest of the team where needed. **IT skills are not required**, but you will have to learn some basics to better assist the Logistic Hub team.
Your tasks may include:
- Entering invoices, orders, and other data into our system (purchase/sales documents etc.).
- Managing documents - receiving and sending them out, copying, scanning, importing to our system or **entering data into a database**:
- Communication with accountants and preparation of documents for them
- Cooperation in logistic processes - receiving of delivered consignments, preparation of consignments for dispatch and their control during the transportation, processing orders for a transport company, communication with couriers
- **Support of the Logistic Hub** - removal of/adding goods to the system, as well as assisting with basic hardware set-up
- Support local field engineers & Country Manager; assist them in collection of invoices & other documents
- Processing and control of travel orders and refunds
- Ordering of taxis, hotels etc.
- Recording hardware (computers and, mobile phones) lent to employees to our system.
- Ordering of the office supplies
- **What experience and qualifications do you need?**_
We do not need long work history. **Drive, enthusiasm and willingness to learn** is the key for us.
We would appreciate if you:
- Speak **Dutch** and **English fluently**:
- Can think outside the box to find a solution to any issue
- Are hard-working, with positive approach
- **Self-sufficient** - as the only member currently based in NL, you must be able to self-manage while knowing when to collaborate with international colleagues
- Are **detail orientated**:
- **Assertive** (you are not afraid to ask for missing documents or for help from your colleagues), with a can-do / will do attitude
- Any practical experience within the field is nice to have
- **Are open to learning new things, specifically simple IT-related tasks that you may help with while supporting the warehouse**
