Als Information Analyst ben je de bruggenbouwer tussen IT en de business en kom je met creatieve ideeën en praktische oplossingen. Als Information Analyst ben je de verbinder tussen het vraagstuk vanuit de business en het IT development team. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het vormen van de brug tussen de business vraag en de technische oplossing.

Je bent onderdeel van het scrum team en werkt daarnaast nauw samen met projectmanagers en eindgebruikers.

Daarnaast vallen de volgende taken onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid als Information Analyst:

- Jij analyseert, interpreteert en vertaalt complexe bedrijfsprocessen naar efficiënte en effectieve IT-oplossingen;
- Jij zorgt ervoor dat de systemen op performance, beschikbaarheid, security en bedrijfszekerheid optimaal ingericht zijn en blijven;
- Jij komt met voorstellen die concreet uitvoerbaar zijn om te implementeren samen met andere afdelingen en leveranciers;
- Jij onderhoudt regelmatig en pro-actief contact met onze interne klanten en leveranciers over de applicaties;
- Jij komt tot een functioneel ontwerp met functionele eisen en weet dit juist te documenteren.

Binnen IT ben je werkzaam op de afdeling Truck Sales & Commercial Services. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van applicaties die de verkoop van voertuigen en onderhoudscontracten ondersteunen. Je komt te werken in het team Customer Contract Management / DAF Multisupport Calculator. Dit team bestaat uit 7 collega’s met de volgende speerpunten waar zij zich dagelijks op focussen: Continuous Improvement, nieuwe functionaliteiten van applicaties en running business. Voor de positie van Information Analyst zijn we op zoek naar een ambitieuze collega met oog voor detail die zich graag verder wil ontwikkelen binnen onze organisatie. Je vindt het prettig om samen te werken en als schakel tussen de business en het applicatieteam ben je in staat om beide belangen te behartigen.
- Jij bent in het bezit van een hbo opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Informatiemanagement, Bedrijfskunde of IT;
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in analyse werkzaamheden, bij voorkeur in een Agile/Scrum omgeving;
- Jij legt snel verbanden en vraagt goed door om te komen tot oplossingen op de businessvraag;
- Jij bent en blijft op de hoogte van de IT-ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied;
- Jij spreekt en schrijft Engels, Nederlands is een pre.
