**IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR**

AT Envalior the CISO provides strategic leadership of a Cyber
- and Information Security strategy, governance, programs, policies, and technologies to ensure adequate protection of Envalior’s information assets taking account of current and emerging cyber risks, and Envalior’s business objectives and risk appetite

A CISO plays a pivotal role in safeguarding Envalior's critical / sensitive information assets and ensuring the continuity and success of business operations through implementing cyber resilience. By addressing these areas, a CISO significantly contributes to protecting Envalior from cyber threats, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and fostering a secure environment that supports Envalior's objectives and customer expectations.

This role also needs to give the assurance that Envalior is compliant with relevant cyber
- and information security regulations (GDPR, NIS2,) or frameworks (IATF, ISO27001). Creating a Cyber Resilient organization to build-up strong Cyber
- and Information Security capabilities with adequate skills, aligned processes and an integral governance.

The CISO acts as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders, and is an integrator of people, process, and technology. The CISO manages a small team of senior experts and works indirectly through other leaders in the IT organization and across the company.

Your key responsibilities will be:
**Establish Governance and Build Knowledge**
- Establish and maintain effective Envalior-wide Cyber
- and Information Security organization and governance.
- Define and report cybersecurity metrics to measure status and performance.
- Facilitate cybersecurity risk assessment with business units.
- Contribute to Corporate Risk Office for risk management and reporting.
- Provide risk mitigating directives for IT projects.
- Set up cybersecurity "Control Tower" for prevention, detection, investigation, and response to cyber threats.
- Incorporate information security requirements in contracts with vendors.

**Set the Strategy**
- Provide strategic leadership for the definition and Envalior-wide adoption of the Cyber Resilience Security vision, strategy, and policies that are aligned to business risk and objectives and risk appetite.
- Develops a cyber
- and information security vision and strategy that is aligned to organizational priorities and enables and facilitates the organization's business objectives, and ensures senior stakeholder buy-in and mandate.
- Develops, implements and monitors a strategic, comprehensive cyber
- and information security program to ensure appropriate levels of confidentiality, integrity, availability, safety, privacy and recovery of information assets owned, controlled or/and processed by the organization.

**Develop the Frameworks**
- Pursue a “security by design” philosophy, ensuring that appropriate cyber
- and information security controls are implicit in process and architecture design, and implemented in all IT solutions.
- Embeds cyber judgement across a decentralized or distributed decision-making model
- Creates and manages a unified and flexible, risk-based control framework to integrate and normalize the wide variety and ever-changing requirements resulting from global laws, standards and regulation.

**Build the Network and Communicate the Vision**
- Maintain strategic relationships with cyber
- and information security related suppliers and ensure that cyber
- and information security requirements are considered in agreements and contracts with 3rd party vendors.
- Actively leverage external insights and share practices by building and nurturing external networks consisting of industry peers, ecosystem partners, vendors and other relevant parties.
- Maintain strategic relationships with external agencies, such as law enforcement and other advisory bodies, for cyber threat intelligence (risk) sharing and involvement in global/local cyber security incident (emergency) support.
