**Who are we?**

Premium Cards Group - Giftcards Group is the market leader in gift cards in the Netherlands. We develop gift cards for every sector that can be sold through digital, retail, and B2B channels. Some of our own products include: Diner Cadeau, All-in-1- Choice Gift Card/Keuze Cadeaukaart, and Hotel Giftcard.

We're planning to expand to Germany this year and therefore we're looking for a German speaking accountmanager. Because the website isn't live yet, you would also help to develop the whole project from scratch.

**Account Manager B2B DE**

As an account manager B2B DE, you are the point of contact for our DE websites Geschenkkarte.de and Giftcards.de. This means you help customers choose the perfect gift for their employees. You are responsible for the sales process from start to finish.

This includes:
Following up on warm leads. Understanding the needs and desires of the customer
preparing quotations. Closing the deal. Building a long-lasting relationship with your customers. Our organization is very horizontally structured, which means that in addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the job also involves:
Co-creating new strategies with the sales manager and business development manager.
Discovering new markets within Germany.
Brainstorming on improving our systems and processes.
Providing feedback on the German websites from a B2B customer perspective to the management team.

**What we expect from you**:
You speak and understand German well and feel comfortable speaking this language on the phone. Speaking and understanding Dutch or English is a plus.
You thrive in an informal dynamic organization.
You are motivated to develop yourself personally and professionally.
You are available for 36/40 hours per week (this can possibly vary by agreement).

Dit jaar staat de livegang van voor de Duitse websites op de planning. Daar hebben we een accountmanager voor nodig die beschikt over de Duitse taal. Aangezien de websites nog niet live staan, zal je het gehele project meemaken.
