**About the Role**:
As a **Talent Acquisition **, you will play a key role in scaling the Workwize team by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes and systems.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen Workwize’s position as an employer of choice in the market.
- Stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth start-up or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to source and attract high-quality talent for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems is highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- A passion for people and a proactive approach to solving hiring challenges.
