**Madame Coco** founded in 2011, the home-têxtile and home decoration products brand with over 400 international stores in 21 different countries.

For our first Madame Coco store in Alexandrium Shopping Center of the Netherlands. Opening July-2024. We are now recruiting a Sales Assistant who will oversee our team building meaningful relationships with our clients and of delivering a personalized and elevated shopping experience.

**Main Responsibilities**

Welcome and assist each client always providing an excellent in-store experience. Act as a Brand Ambassador able to represent the image and the values of the brand in terms of standing, knowledges, and contents. Demonstrate active role on the selling floor, maximizing sales opportunities. Prove Brand and product knowledge and be up-to-date with new trends and competitors.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication skills.

Willingness to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Previous experience in hospitality/retail preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.

**Language proficiency**: Dutch and English are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus.
