**About the Role: Legal Counsel Corporate Assets**

The Legal Counsel Corporate Assets is a meticulous and essential role at Yoursafe, ensuring the registration, maintenance, and compliance of all corporate and digital assets. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will oversee registrations with external entities such as SWIFT, the European Payment Council, and various local European registries responsible for company and financial institution compliance.

This role also involves managing the Yoursafe trademarks globally, registering and maintaining number ranges (e.g., IP addresses and BIN ranges), and ensuring all domain names are up-to-date across relevant registries. You will work closely with international and local law firms to manage these assets effectively.

Additionally, as Yoursafe operates within a group structure that develops software internationally, the Legal Counsel Corporate Assets is responsible for maintaining accurate descriptions and valuations of software assets. This ensures compliance with Dutch and international tax regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain registrations of Yoursafe with external entities such as SWIFT, the European Payment Council, and other local financial or company registries.
- Answer queries from registries promptly and ensure all registrations are up-to-date.
- Oversee the global registration and maintenance of Yoursafe trademarks directly or through local law firms.
- Register and maintain number ranges with RIPE (IP addresses) and card networks (BIN ranges).
- Manage and maintain domain name registrations across relevant registries.
- Maintain accurate descriptions and valuations of software assets for compliance with Dutch and international tax regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and maintain accurate records for all asset registrations.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A completed law degree in international or Dutch law.
- At least 3 years of experience working with intellectual property, domain names, or other registries.
- Highly skilled in internet-based tools and technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage deadlines and maintain files meticulously.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international Fintech environment.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly with registration and compliance tasks.
- Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities across diverse jurisdictions.
- Has experience working with or advising international law firms on intellectual property and regulatory matters.
