**We’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team in Poeldijk, the Netherlands.**

As our new Commercial Administrator, you’ll play a vital role within the Westfalia Fruit Commercial team based in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will be varied, with a focus on providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, growing key relationships with the aim of maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information, managing data and working to streamline processes for efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

- Support our team's projects by managing timelines, documentation, and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain the integrity of our commercial data, ensuring all information stored is accurate and up to date.
- Support with the streamlining of our operations by efficiently processing sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, escalating when necessary.
- Generate valuable insights through data analysis to support our strategic decisions.

**Requirements**:
**Experience we look for**:
**Essential**
- Fluency in Dutch and English (Native/C1 level).
- Prior experience within a commercial administrative position.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Desirable**
- Previous experience of working within the fresh produce or food industry.
- Fluency in additional European languages is beneficial, but not essential.
