Are you the experienced leader who doesn’t shy away from any challenge? Would you like to take responsibility for a warehouse of 83,000m2? Your experience as a warehouse manager within logistics will thrive at one of the top players in the logistics market.

Managing an enthusiastic team, where together with your team, you contribute to further optimizing our logistics processes: You’re on it.

How you do this? As a warehouse manager, you are a key link in our logistics process. Together with your team, you work towards meeting productivity standards, time and quality requirements, and adhering to procedures and regulations. You manage team leaders/supervisors who technically supervise teams of 3 to 5 colleagues. You are not only a leader but also a coach. You guide and motivate your team members, conduct performance and evaluation interviews, and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere. You achieve this by:

- monitoring and overseeing the execution of processes and coordinating with other internal departments;
- thinking proactively about process improvements;
- providing management information based on pre-agreed targets/KPIs;
- leading, coaching, and guiding your team.

**You bring**
- higher vocational education level (HBO);
- at least 3 years of leadership experience in a management role within a logistics 3PL environment;
- the ability to maintain an overview and think several steps ahead, with a solution-oriented mindset;
- the ability to communicate at all levels, with fluency in at least English (spoken and written).
