**Vacature: Personal Assistant voor Hoofdredacteur bij Pijper Media**

Bij Pijper Media, uitgever van toonaangevende titels zoals Lekker, Grazia, Panorama en Nouveau, zoeken wij een gedreven Personal Assistant voor onze hoofdredacteur. In deze rol ben je de rechterhand en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Agendabeheer: Plannen, organiseren en coördineren van afspraken, vergaderingen en evenementen.
- Ondersteuning sales: Voorbereiden en verwerken van commerciële afspraken en presentaties.
- Organisatie: Overzicht houden over deadlines, projecten en prioriteiten.
- Sparringpartner: Meedenken over en ondersteunen bij strategische en operationele zaken.

**Jouw profiel**
- Minimaal hbo werk
- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Representatief en communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Organisatorisch talent met een scherp oog voor detail en planning.
- Flexibel, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
- Proactief en discreet: je begrijpt hoe belangrijk vertrouwelijkheid is.
- Affiniteit met media en uitgeverij is een pré.
