**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- You are the link between the business, ICT and the software suppliers.
- Within the business, you identify the needs of the user which you then translate into new functionalities and implement this within the locations.
- You will also be requested to collect CSR data related to quality topics.
- You will identify and resolve data quality issues, requiring a deep understanding of data and strong problem-solving skills.
- You will ensure that data is collected, stored, and used in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- You will regularly visit other locations, possibly with overnight stays if necessary.
- In IT projects, you are the project leader on behalf of the business.

You will be part of the Plukon Quality team and report directly to the Director Quality.

We are looking for someone who:

- You have a completed bachelor’s degree in Food and business, Food technology or a similar field.
- You have or are willing to learn extensive knowledge of data collection, storage, and analysis techniques, as well as experience with data-related software and tools.
- You understand business needs and how data can be used to meet these needs. Experience with business processes and strategies is a plus.
- Experience in a procurement environment is a plus.
- You have experience in project management.
- You have excellent communication skills and have a good command of the English language.
