We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. In this role, you will lead a team of 12 staff members, including 2 working supervisors, to ensure a spotless and organized environment for our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience as an Assistant Manager or in a senior supervisory role who is ready to take the next step in their career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting and supervising the cleaning of apartments and public areas.
- Handling administrative tasks, including checking and managing reports.
- Guiding and overseeing deep-cleaning projects.
- Monitoring and replenishing pantry supplies.
- Placing and managing orders for housekeeping materials
- Preparing and managing team schedules.
- Communicating with other departments in the hotel and responding to requests from the Rayon Manager

**Jij bent**:

- You have experience as an Assistant Manager or a senior Supervisor in housekeeping.
- You have knowledge of administrative tasks and processes.
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.
- You are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and do not have a 9-to-5 mentality.
- You enjoy working in a close-knit, international team.
