The Supply Clerk (Receiving) will manage the receiving, tracking, inspection, distributing, and inventory of property management services for the Department of State and associated agencies. The position is in the General Services Section and under the supervision of the GSO Supply Supervisor.

**Qualifications and Evaluations**:

- Requirements:
**Experience**:A minimum of two (2) years of experience in supply/warehousing/expendables or property/supply management is required.

**Job knowledge**:Good understanding of supply chain management and warehouse operations to include receiving, inspecting, tracking, storing and issuing of supplies is required. Good knowledge of computerized inventory and stock control data programs is required.
- Education Requirements:
**Education**:Completion of high school education is required.
- Evaluations:
**Language Requirements**: Level III (good working knowledge) English and Dutch is required. This may be tested.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Working knowledge of inventory management tools such as handheld scanners and software.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 51 lbs. (23kg)
- Must have a valid, current license for type B. Must have had a valid driver's license for a minimum of five (5) years and must be at least 25 years of age. Must be able to pass a driver's medical examination.

**Salary**: €39,556 annual base salary. An additional 20.2% will be added to the listed Locally Employed (LE) Staff salary for allowances and premiums. You will receive a vacation bonus at 8.2 percent of base pay, a bonus for duty-free days at 3.67 percent of base pay and a year-end bonus at 8.33 percent of base pay. For this FSN-05 position this equates to a total remuneration of €47,546 per annum based on a 40-hour work week.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
