As Complaint Handling support employee:

- Handling returns:

- Unpack, sort shipments returned by the customer
- Keep track of shipments and communicate about deviations
- Make assessments on product quality and perform policy check
- Connect with other stakeholders, like CS, inventory control, backline etc.
- Knowledge of ERP-systems like Oracle

**Job Requirements**:
**Critical Knowledge and Qualifications**:_(what the role holder must know; including any required general or professional qualifications/education)_
- Post-secondary vocational education or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards within regulated industries.
- Working knowledge of global complaint handling and/or Medical Device Reporting is a pre

**Critical Skills/technical know-how**:_(what the role holder must be able to do)_
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Microsoft Office/basic ERP (SAP, Orcale) skills.

**Critical Experience**:

- Experience in a quality or returns department in Medical Devices and/or other regulated industry.

Experience in assessing product quality and/or Medical Device Reporting is a pre.
