**Wat ga je doen?**
Bij Colliers kom je terecht in een energiek en ambitieus team waar je volop kansen krijgt om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Als Intern Agency Offices & Logistics maak je kennis met de veelzijdige wereld van zowel kantoorvastgoed als logistiek vastgoed. Samen met je collega’s krijg je inzicht in:

- Het opstellen van adviezen voor eigenaren;
- Het benaderen van kopers en huurders;
- Het organiseren van bezichtigingen;
- Het begeleiden van processen van onderhandeling tot contractmanagement.

Je werkt in een uitdagende omgeving waarin je ook samenwerkt met collega’s van andere afdelingen zoals Research, Marketing, Design & Development en Property Management. Hierdoor is geen dag hetzelfde, en leer je alle facetten van het vak kennen.

Tijdens je stage word je begeleid door ervaren adviseurs en werk je aan een interessante opdracht die in overleg met het team wordt afgestemd. Je krijgt de ruimte en tijd om aan je opdracht te werken en deze succesvol af te ronden. Ondertussen doe je waardevolle praktijkervaring op. **Wat vragen we van jou?**
- Je zit in de afrondende fase van je HBO of WO opleiding richting Vastgoedkunde, Bedrijfskunde, Commerciële Economie of Hotelschool
- Je bent eager om te leren
- Je bent enthousiast, ondernemend, commercieel vaardig en hebt een groot doorzettingsvermogen
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
